PNG Sigri A has a nice citrus-like aroma and is well balanced with full body. Subtle sweet flavour with mild acidity.

Pure economics dictate traditional and natural agriculture, resulting in coffee with naturally low levels of caffeine and acidity, with absolutely no trace elements of chemicals and pollutants. This fact has been verified by independent Australian and European Laboratories. 70% of the population are still dependent on subsistence agriculture with small plots of coffee trees so chemicals, synthetic fertilizers and pesticides are unheard of.
The coffees are well-balanced with a fruity aroma and earthy body. They are perfect for all of the traditional brewing methods (French press, filter, etc). PNG’s will not make a good stand alone espresso but are great for achieving balance in espresso blends.
