This programme is run specifically for high school aged students looking for a job as a barista. It combines both of our commercial classes The Essential Barista Course, and Finishing School, back to back each week of the school holidays. Beginning with an introduction to basic beverages, developing into more complex techniques and background knowledge, and finishing with work flow and presentation focused exercises, this course builds work-ready, knowledgeable baristas with plenty on hands-on practice. Limited to three students, each student is able to have dedicated time with the trainer.

Day One-Two – 9.00am - 2:00pm - The Essential Barista Course
Day - Three – 9.00am - 2.00pm - Roastery Tour & Practice Session
Day Four – 1 hour one-on-one class from 9.00am - Finishing School & Latte Art

You will be provided with a certificate for The Essential Barista Course at the completion of this course.

Due to the small class sizes and limited places, payment is required at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Excelso Refund Policy:

- For a full refund of course payment, cancellation must be requested a full 14 days prior to course date.

- If the student requests cancellation less than 14 days before course date, the admission is transferable to another course or 75% is refundable.

- If the student requests cancellation less than 7-days before the course, the admission is fully transferable however not refundable.
