Brewed over the course of several hours, with cold water. This cold drip method extracts different compounds from the coffee, resulting a completely different flavour. Choose your coffee and grind, add cold water and ice then set the drip rate. As with any coffee brewing method you can adjust any of the variables to suit your taste - coffee, grind, and in this case the drip rate.
A cool drink for the summer - on the rocks, or add milk. With milk and chocolate you've got an ice cold mocha.
The brewer comes with a 250g bag of single origin coffee. Just let us know in the instruction box if you would like it ground. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
