4 tbsp Southern Comfort 4 tbsp Apricot Brandy 1 cup cold black coffee 1/4 cup cream apricot slices to garnish

• Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into chilled glasses.  Serve with apricot slices.

Absolut Heaven

300ml Absolut Vanilla 15ml Kahlua 30ml espresso  sugar to taste (from Sunday Star Times)

Preparation

• Shake all ingredients and pour into chilled cocktail glasses.
