Contact us for details on our free delivery service for the Tauranga/Mount area. You may have seen us driving around in the little 'coffee car'. Our delivery van delivers to certain areas on different days of the week.
Our Freshness Guarantee
At Excelso Coffee we stand by our commitment to quality and freshness. Our coffee is roasted fresh daily to order and we keep only enough on hand to fill 'extra' orders and to sell through our retail shop.
If you do find that the coffee is not up to our usual impeccable standards, please return it to us, in the original packaging and we will replace it or call us on 0800 578 2832.
Prompt Delivery
We endeavour, whenever possible, to have your coffee delivered within 24 hours of order to ensure freshness upon arrival. If you live in a rural area, it can take longer for delivery. Our van delivers free of charge in the Tauranga/Mt Maunganui central sarea and we rely on courier and post for other areas. We do request that you contact us immediately if you have not received your coffee within 48 hours of ordering.

Please do not hesitate in contacting us with any questions about coffee or espresso equipment. If we don't have the answer right away we will take the time to find a solution and get back to you. We also have a number of contacts and businesses we can refer you to if we cannot help.
Technical Support
We pride ourselves on making sure you know how to operate and maintain your espresso machine properly. We want you to be making a great cup of coffee every time. Our team can set up a maintenance programme to change screens and seals on a regular basis. Also, if we cannot help you or fix your machine we can refer you to someone that can.
