At Excelso Coffee we stand by our commitment to quality and freshness. Our coffee is roasted fresh daily to order. If you do find that the coffee is not up to our usual impeccable standards, please return it to us, in the original packaging and we will replace it or call us on 0800 578 2832.
Prompt Delivery
We endeavour, whenever possible, to have your coffee delivered within 24 hours of order to ensure freshness upon arrival. Our van delivers free of charge in the Tauranga/Mt Maunganui area and we rely on courier and post for other areas. We do request that you contact us immediately if you have not received your coffee within 48 hours of ordering.
